My current research includes:

• Characterizing protein complexes isolated from the sulfate reducing bacterium Desulfovibrio vulgaris
• Determining differential protein expression within D. vulgaris and P. furiosus in response to environmentals stresses such as oxygen and heat (for D. vulgaris) or cold (for P. furiosus)
• Determining differential protein expression within mammalian macrophage cells in response to toxin exposure
• Systematically investigating the factors influencing crosslinked peptide collision induced dissociation
